What this is

Company Trip Photos is a private app built for Utracon's company trip. It is used only by people on that trip, who sign in with a six-digit code given to them by their group captain. It is not open to the public and there is no sign-up.

What it collects

There is no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking of any kind.

Where it is kept

Who can see your photos

Nothing is public. Nothing is shared outside the company.

Voting

Ballots are recorded against your name so that each person votes once and the result can be checked if it is disputed. Standings are published as group totals — who voted for whom is not shown to other participants.

Removing a photo

If you would rather a photo was not there — including one someone else took of you — open it in the app and use Report. It goes to the committee, who decide. You can also delete anything you uploaded yourself, at any time, from the Me tab.

How long it is kept

The photo album is handed to the Trip Committee after the trip and kept as the company's record of the event. The app itself, along with the sign-in and voting records, is shut down and deleted once the results have been announced.

Contact

Ask your group captain, or contact the OASIS EXCO committee, for anything to do with your photos or your data.
