Send codes by WhatsApp
Each button opens WhatsApp with the message already written — check it, hit send, come back. Give each captain their own group and it is about 16 taps each.
Voting codes
These are personal. Send each person their own, individually — a code in a group chat is worth no more than the shared passcode.

Pool = uploaded to the group's contest folder. Entered = the final selection they saved.
Groups and people
Changes take effect immediately. Removing someone hides them from sign-in and signs them out; their photos stay in the album. Join codes are on the Groups tab.

Repair interrupted uploads
Marks uploads complete when the file reached storage but the phone died before reporting back. Safe to run any time.
Entry folders in storage
Each captain's final five is copied into 02_Submissions/<group>/ when it is
saved, numbered 1–5 with the uploader's name. Run this to rebuild every group's folder from
the current entries — after a failed save, or once before archiving the Drive.
